HUMAN RIGHTS
The human rights act 1998
A/. Gives a framework for people to get support if their rights have been intruded:
* The right of an individual to be safe and to have freedom to act and live. If not that individual must know why not.
* The right for a legal justice in times of difficult times for that individual.
* The right for an individual to has privateness. No one to enter his/her life without permission.
* The right to has his or her own life.
* The right not to be a victim of abuse, punishment, cruelty and ruthlessness.
* The right not to be abused by employers and enslaved by anyone.
* The right not to be discriminated against,
* The right for self-expression in this world, in a particular country and with people that live with and around an individual.
* The right of an individual to believe in anything and to think what he or she wants.
B/. The human rights act 1998 has it's foundation from the European convention in human rights consisting of the 14 articles.
C/. Groups and organisations which are communal for example the government have to behave without prejudice to every individual.
